One thing, done properly. We already have people who can turn their hand to most things. What a bigger project needs is someone who has spent years on the exact problem in front of us.
Plain English with clients
You will talk to clients directly. If you can say what you do, why it matters and what it costs without jargon, you will get on fine here. If you cannot, our clients will notice before we do.
The same care after launch
The launch is the start. We look for the same attention in month six as in week one, because the looking-after is what our clients are paying for, and it is the part most people drop.
