Touchscreen hire, with the experience designed for your brand

A touchscreen experience is a branded screen your visitors use themselves at a trade show, event or exhibition, for lead capture, a quiz, a product finder or a till. We design it once for your brand, then hire you the kiosk for each event. Design starts at £1,250 plus VAT and kiosk hire at £195 per event.

In plain English

What is a touchscreen experience?

A touchscreen experience is a screen your visitors use themselves, designed around your brand and one clear job. At a trade show that job is usually capturing leads, but it can equally be a quiz that draws people onto the stand, a product finder, a show guide or a till. It is the same idea as a website, built for one screen, one place and a few busy days.

Why hire a kiosk rather than buy one?

Most exhibitors do a handful of shows a year, and a touchscreen sitting in a cupboard between them is money doing nothing. Hiring means you pay for the kiosk only on the days it works for you. The design is yours and is paid for once, so each event after the first costs the hire and the delivery, not a new build.

How is it different from renting a screen from an AV company?

An AV hire company rents you the screen and leaves the content to you. Most of the touchscreen hire market works this way, which is why so many stands end up with a looping slideshow on an expensive panel. We design what is on the screen and supply the kit it runs on, as one job, with one team to call.

How do you keep the cost down?

By building on small, affordable computers and good touchscreens rather than the premium panels most hire companies stock. Our kiosks run on Raspberry Pi hardware inside a proper enclosure, tested before every event. The saving goes on the design, which is the part your visitors actually notice.

What about the venue wifi?

Exhibition halls are known for poor signal, and most interactive screens stop working without it. Ours are built to work offline from the start. Everything a visitor enters is stored on the kiosk and sent on when a connection is available, so the stand keeps working whatever the signal is doing.

What if something goes wrong on the day?

Every kiosk keeps its own log of when it started, every entry it took and any errors, including while it was offline. That means a fair answer to any question about whether the kiosk worked, for you and for us. You get a copy of the log for your event, and if a failure was ours we refund the hire for the time it was down.

What do you need from us?

Your brand, the job you want the screen to do and the date of the show. We handle the design, the build, the testing and the logistics, and we agree the consent wording and where the leads go before the event, so nothing is decided on the stand.

What's included

Everything below is in the price

01

Designed for your brand

Your colours, your type, your words. The experience is designed and built for you, not a template with your logo on it.

02

Designed once, used at every show

The design fee is paid once. After that you only hire the kit for each event, so the second show costs a fraction of the first.

03

Works without the venue wifi

Exhibition hall wifi is famously unreliable. The kiosk keeps working with no connection and sends everything on once it has one.

04

Leads you can use

Email sign-ups, enquiries and quiz entries with proper consent, exported to you within 48 hours of the event and ready for your CRM.

05

Hidden kit or a proper stand

The kiosk can be mounted and tucked out of sight on your own stand, or we can supply a purpose-built stand for it.

06

Watched while it works

Every kiosk keeps its own log of when it started, every entry it took and any errors, so whether it worked is a question with a straight answer.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    Design

We agree what the screen needs to do, design it in your brand and build it. You try it before it goes anywhere.

  2. 02

    Rehearse

The kiosk is set up and tested with your content before the event, so the first person to touch it is not the tester.

  3. 03

    Show day

Delivered by courier, collected by you, or brought and set up by us. You get a phone line for the day and your leads after it.

Questions people ask us

Straight answers

Kiosk hire starts at £195 plus VAT per event, and the design of the experience is a one-off fee from £1,250 plus VAT. Stands, and delivery outside our local area, are priced on top. Because the design is only paid once, every show after the first costs the hire and the delivery alone.

Anything a visitor can do by touching a screen. The common ones are email and lead capture, quizzes and games with a leaderboard, product finders and configurators, show guides and maps, feedback forms and simple tills for selling at an event. If it runs in a web browser, it can run on the kiosk.

No. The kiosk is built to work offline, because exhibition hall wifi cannot be relied on. Everything a visitor enters is stored safely on the device and sent on as soon as a connection is available, so a bad signal never costs you a lead.

Call or message the show-day line and we fix it remotely, talk you through it, or bring a replacement if you are near us. Every kiosk keeps a log of what it recorded and any errors, so if one fails through our fault we refund the hire for the time it was down, and all of it if it never worked.

We can. The kiosk can be mounted out of sight on your existing stand, or we can source a purpose-built kiosk stand for you and hire it alongside the screen. Stand hire is priced separately, so you only pay for it if you need it.

You choose. We can send the kiosk by courier, you can collect it from us, or we deliver and set it up in person if the event is local. Further afield, delivery and set-up by us is charged by distance. The kit travels in its own case and goes back the same way.

You do. You are the data controller and we process the data on your behalf under a written agreement. Leads are exported to you within 48 hours of the event, wiped from the kiosk when it comes back and deleted from our systems after 30 days. The consent wording on the screen is agreed with you before the event.

For a new design, four to six weeks before the event is comfortable. Hiring a kiosk with a design you already have needs about a week. Cancelling more than 28 days out costs nothing, and you can move the booking once for free with 14 days' notice.
